Andrew has a PhD. from the Digital Humanities Hub at the Ironbridge International Institute for Cultural Heritage, University of Birmingham, UK. His areas of expertise include 3D-printing and scanning for heritage and medicine, coding, electronics, mechanical fabrication, journalism, and event organisation.

Andrew has over 20 years practical experience as a prototype engineer, electronics technician, senior animation technician, programmer, and as a model maker.


For the last 15 years, Andrew has been producing articles, book chapters, editing, and proof-reading for a range of international publishers


Andrew’s research is published in multiple journals. He has presented his work internationally, and has organised and chaired multiple conferences and events.
